• Guests (age 3 & over): $10 per day – includes all tennis clinics or party guests. Guests may only visit twice per week regardless of the member family they visit with.
  • Guest fee Discount for pre-purchased Credits – available for purchase by Members only:

    • $80 (w/10 Credits)
    • Credits are stored in our membership system.
  • Children under 3: Free.
  • Grandparents not using the facility: Free.  Grandparents using the facility:  Standard $10 Guest fee
  • Baby sitters/Nannies/AuPairs for children may buy a Full Season pass for your nanny/au pair for $100. Nannies/Babysitters/AuPairs may not visit the club without the member family.
  • Non-Members taking tennis lessons: $10.00 per day – Allowed use of the tennis facility only during lessons
  • Party Packages: Only Members can host a party at the club.   A member must be present to sponsor and host a party. All parties must be approved by the Forest Hill manager at least 10 days in advance of the party. (Send an email to events@fhstc.com to request party approval)
    • Option 1: Reserve a picnic awning 

      • Awning(s) will be reserved for parties with over 10 guests

      • $7 per non-member guest fee; a minimum of 10 paying guests is required to qualify for the reduced guest fee

      • Party host must provide a final guest list, including all adults present for the party, to the event coordinator one day prior to the party. The list will be used by gate attendants to check guests in for the party

      •  Any guest(s) who arrives on the day of the party who is not on the pre-approved list will be charged a $10 club guest fee

      • A backup date must be chosen and approved by the manager in case weather forces the pool to close

      • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required once your party is approved . The remaining balance is due the day of the party

      • Guest credits will not be available to use for parties

      • All non members must fill out the guest waiver 

      Option 2: Tent Reservation

      • Intended for parties with over 20 people
      • Maximum amount of people: 50 people (Memorial Day- Labor Day)
      • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required once your party is approved. The remaining balance is due the day of the party
      • $50/per hour for tent rental, set up of 10 tables and 50 folding chairs for a minimum of 2 hours
      • $7 per non-member guest fee; a minimum of 10 paying guests is required to qualify for the reduced guest fees
