Join Amy for a gentle yoga class designed for all fitness levels, including those new to yoga. The class teaches participants to integrate breath and movement to find simple ways to calm the nervous system while increasing physical and mental strength and flexibility. Yoga meets on the basketball courts and is weather dependent.

Please Bring to Class:
A mat &/or a towel. (If you need a mat, please contact Amy to borrow one).
An open mind looking to explore new shapes and stretches.
About Amy:

Amy provides an inclusive, gentle yoga flow class to empower her students with tools to take off the mat as part of an overall self-care practice. Leveraging holistic health coaching experience with her passion for energy healing tools including Reiki, Amy’s yoga classes contain a unique blend of physical, spiritual, and mental benefits. Amy earned a 200-hour trauma-informed teaching certificate from Shift Yoga in Laurel, MD under the tutelage of Jessie Kates.
