Meet our Summer Camp Staff

Director of Camp:

Hi everyone, My name is Sam and I am the Summer Camp Director for Forest Hill. This is my third year as director and I am a previous Board member for the club. I have three children ages 7, 9 and 12, who you will often find participating in Camp or running around the pool all day long. I am beyond excited to kick off another fun year full of excitement and new surprises! My favorite part of camp is the “Spin the Wheel” Wednesdays where campers win a special activity for the day. I can’t wait to meet some new campers and welcome everyone back for another year!

Camp Supervisors

Hi! My name is Hannah Parsons and I am one of the FHSTC Camp managers! This is my 3rd year as a camp manager and I am so happy to be back! I will be graduating from Gettysburg College with a degree in Psychology and Education this spring, and will be attending Elizabethtown College in the upcoming fall to pursue a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology. My favorite camp activity is our crafts and of course a fun game of kickball! I am excited for another fun summer!

Hi! My name is Caroline Krause, I am one of the camp managers and this is my third summer here at Forest Hill Camp. I am graduating from Centennial High School and am attending UNC Wilmington in the fall to major in Elementary Education. I’m so excited to come back this summer and am looking forward to making some great memories, whether it’s slip and slide Fridays or arts and crafts!

Camp Counselors

Hi! My name is Lillie Parsons and I am currently a senior at Marriotts Ridge High School. Next year I plan to attend Roanoke College where I will play lacrosse and go into pre-med. This is my third year as a camp counselor at Forest Hill and I can’t wait for slip and slide Fridays and new crafts!

Hi! My name is Kali Lloyd and this is my second year as a camp counselor at FHSTC. I currently attend Centennial High School and will be a senior in the fall. I hope to go into college majoring in some form of education and my favorite color is pink! One of my top camp memories are slip and slide fridays!

Hello, My name is Harper Koenig and I am a counselor in my second year at Forest Hill’s summer camp. I am entering my senior year at Centennial High School and hope to go to college for Sports Management. I’m excited to be back this summer and always ready for our competitive games of Newcomb!

Hi, My name is Elizabeth Brown and this is my second year as a camp counselor. I am a rising junior at Centennial High School and enjoy playing soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. I am so excited for this summer and all its fun activities like slip and slide Friday.

Hi! My name is Alina Maciorowski. I am returning for my fourth summer as a camp counselor this year! I am finishing my sophomore year at Washington College and on the women’s lacrosse team. My favorite activities at camp are black top games and any arts and crafts. I’m so excited to meet all the new and returning campers this summer!

Hi! My name is Aidan Banks and this will be my first year here at Forest Hill as a camp counselor. I attend Centennial High School and I am currently a Junior. I am interested in sports, and my favorite ones are baseball and football. I am looking forward to all the memories that will be made this summer.

Hi, my name is Brooke! This is my third year at Forest Hill as a camp counselor. I graduated from Full Sail University in 2019 with a film degree and am a filmmaker. I have a few films in production. Some of my favorite games at camp are when we play water gun games and sports. I can’t wait for camp this year and am excited to meet the kids and have a great summer at camp.

My name is Grace Walker and I am one of the FHSTC Camp Counselors! This is my 1st year as a camp counselor and I am so excited to get started! I currently go to Glenelg Country School and am a rising sophomore. I played varsity basketball and volleyball and have been learning a little golf! I am interested in computer science and my favorite class is history! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone and having some fun outside!

Hi! My name is Abby Hitzelberger and I’m a camp counselor here at Forest Hill. This summer will be my second summer working camp and I’m so excited to be back for another fun season! This fall I will be a senior at Centennial High School where I love playing soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. I’m so excited for slip and slide Friday’s and playing games during pool time!

Hi everyone, my name is Reese Churilla! I just finished my freshman year at the University of South Carolina where I study Sport and Entertainment Management with a minor in Hospitality. This is my second year at FH, but my first year doing camp here. I am so excited to meet everyone and have a great time this summer!

Hey everyone! My name is Dez DeLessio and I am a camp counselor here. I just finished my freshman year at the University of Mississippi. This will be my second year as a camp counselor. I’m looking forward to flying down the slip-n-slide and the water balloon fights.

Hi! My name is Keiran Althouse and I am a camp counselor and lifeguard at Forest Hill. This will be my first year as a camp counselor and my second year as a lifeguard here. I am going into my senior year at Mount Saint Joseph High School, where I am a varsity athlete and a member of our student government. My favorite camp activity is jumping off of the diving boards, and I am super excited to make new friends and spend time outside.

Hi, my name is Steven Llerena, I am one of the camp counselors and this is my first summer working at Forest Hill. I am a sophomore attending Archbishop Spalding high school. Some things I like to do are play soccer with my club and high school. I also enjoy spending time with my two dogs and family. This summer at camp I’m excited to meet new people and learn and do fun activities.

Hi! My name is Ellie Sansbury and this is my third year as a FHSTC camp counselor! I will be a sophomore at the University of Delaware and I am a psychology major. My favorite camp activity is craft day. In addition to camp, I work at the front gate and always love when I get to welcome a camper I know into Forest Hill!
