Coach Sarah Adams is excited to return for her 4th year at Forest Hill and 2nd year as our Head Coach!
Assistant Coaches:
First Assistant Coach Andrew Fritz will return for his second year coaching the Frogs.
Coach Caitlin McGing is returning to Forest Hill for a special year.
Coach Sarah Rotunda is joining the Frogs in her first season as an assistant coach.
