Ty is entering his sixth summer at Forest Hill, where he serves as Senior Manager. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the club’s operations, including staff training, certifications, compliance, organizational management, and facilities. Ty’s family has been members of the club for over 30 years, where he spent his summers on the swim team, which has allowed him to develop a deep connection to the club and its community.

Ty started his journey at Forest Hill as a lifeguard, then took on the role of Assistant Manager, and now holds the position of Senior Manager. Throughout his time at the club, he has been committed to maintaining a safe, enjoyable, and well-run environment for members while fostering a positive and effective team.

Ty currently holds several certifications, including American Red Cross Lifeguarding Instructor Trainer (LGIT), Certified Pool Operator (CPO), ServSafe Manager, Lifeguard Management, and Waterfront Lifeguarding. He is licensed in Maryland and brings experience from managing commercial aquatics facilities, ensuring that Forest Hill remains a safe and efficient environment for staff and members.

When not at the club, Ty enjoys playing pickleball, listening to country music, and hanging out with friends. He also enjoys camping and is an Eagle Scout. Ty is double majoring in Finance and Business Management at the University of Maryland in College Park.
