Refund Policy

New Member Application Fee
The new member application fee is a non-fundable deposit of $100.

Dues
Per the Forest Hill Bylaws (Article X, Section 5), refunds of annual dues are not permitted.  A member may withdraw their membership at any time and surrender their Membership Bond which will be refunded in accordance with the Bylaws.

Camps, Clinic and Lesson Fees
All cancellations  of camps, clinics and lessons are subject to a $5 processing fee for members and a $10 fee for non-members. If the cancellations happens after the registration deadline or after the camp clinic or lessons have begun, a refund may not be given except in cases of illness.

Activities
All cancellations  of activities are subject to a $5 processing fee for members and a $10 fee for non-members. If the cancellations happens after the registration deadline or after the activity has begun, a refund may not be given except in cases of illness.
